The National Fire Authority says its partnership with Miss Hibiscus 2025 Rhyelle Aisea became the biggest public awareness campaign in its history, reaching more than 5.1 million people while making history for Rotuma as Rhyelle became the first woman born, raised and educated on the island to win the Hibiscus crown.
